Every order is shopped to order, so timing depends on your hunt. I'll confirm timing with you personally when you book — no guessing, no surprises.

Then you don't pay for it. If an item can't be fulfilled, I refund that item's cost — you'll never pay for something you don't receive.

All sales are final, because every hunt and basket is shopped or built to order just for you. Two exceptions: if I can't fulfill an item, I refund its cost — and if I send the wrong item, or something arrives damaged or undelivered because of my error, I'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
