1. Who we are
Dollar Tree Finds ("we," "us," "our") is a personal shopping service based in Highland, California. We hunt down viral beauty finds — skincare, body care, hair care & makeup — from Dollar Tree stores for customers nationwide, at $2 per item.
2. Our services
- Beauty Hunt — $2 per item: You tell us exactly which viral beauty finds to track down. Just $2 per item, no flat fees.
- Viral Beauty Dupe Box — $30 flat: About 18 hand-picked viral beauty finds (less than $2 per item).
- Viral Beauty Mystery Box — $30 flat: About 18 surprise viral beauty finds — skincare, makeup, body & hair care. Weekly drops, limited quantities.
3. Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Beauty Hunt items are a flat $2 each — hunting and packing included. Beauty boxes are $30 flat. Shipping is always the customer's responsibility at exact carrier cost.
4. Payment
Payment is made via CashApp to $dtfinds909. Payment locks in your order and is due before hunting begins. We do not hunt or pack until your payment lands.
5. How ordering works
Place your order through our website order form, by DM on any of our social media platforms, or by email to dtfinds.support@gmail.com. We confirm every order with you directly before we shop.
6. Product availability
Dollar Tree inventory changes fast and varies by store. If a requested item can't be found, we'll contact you with substitute options or refund that item's cost — your choice.
7. Pickup & shipping
We offer FREE local pickup in Highland, CA and nationwide shipping at exact carrier cost. Local delivery is not currently offered.
8. All sales final
Every order is shopped to order just for you, so all sales are final. Two exceptions: if we cannot fulfill an item, we refund that item's cost — and if we send the wrong item, or something arrives damaged or undelivered because of our error, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers, Dollar Tree inventory changes, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
